This is a story about healing. I believe that each war had a tune that inspired and honored the troops. This is a story about such a tune.
I am not a composer. I am not a musician. I don't even play an instrument or sing in a local choir; nonetheless this tune came to me in its entirety one day.
I'm Comin' Home Darlin' is the title and tune that speaks for all of us. The idea is that every service man and woman in our military just wants to come home.
Everyone who is in a military family wants their loved one to come home. Every veteran remembers how they just wanted to come home. Remember?

My dream is that with today's technology this little tune can go overseas in a heartbeat. This little tune can be sent to our troops, our loved ones in the service.
This little tune is meant to inspire, to raise morale, to give our troops hope that indeed they will come home.
The tune is free. I composed it. My husband performed and recorded it. No money shall be made on this project. The tune is a simple march. After all, we all want them to come marching home.
